The difference between a leader & a critic is that a leader has to make decisions, abide by his decision & face the consequences, whereas a critic only pour criticism without bearing any responsibility (Malaysia 4th Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammed)

Confucius (551 BC - 479 BC),
a Chinese philosopher has once mentioned that

In addition, Griswold, A.W. (27 October 1906 - 19 April 1963), the 16th President of Yale University, USA also has stated that

" Self-respect cannot be hunted, it cannot be purchased, it is never for sale, it cannot be fabricated out of public relations ... ".

Meanwhile, Nordau, M.S. (July 29, 1849 - January 23, 1923), a Zionist  leader, physician, author, and social critic cited that

" If I despised myself, it would be no compensation if everyone saluted me,
and if I respect myself, it does not trouble me if others hold me lightly".
