Source taken from wikipedia stated that Foxtel gave Kelsey an all-expense paid trip to New York and AU$25,000 dollars. Harper's Bazaar decided to split the cover of the November issue printing half feauturing Amanda on the cover and the other Kelsey as there were only 3 votes between the two girls. 

Harper's Bazaar did mentioned that let the fans decide which cover they really want or the best part is, they even can buy both cover..hehe...
