After we celebrated my bday at the Italiannies, I wanted to finish our meal by having a dessert coz I am having a sweet tooth moments, haha. I did not order any dessert fr Italiannies coz I felt it is a bit pricey & we were too full at that time.
After jalan2 in the empire, hence, Chang2 decided to try the frozen yogurt at the Tutti Frutti kiosk.
We were so clueless bout e concept here & were lucky enough that one of the female staff there, willingly to show us how to do it since it is our first time here. Though Tutti Frutti has been in Malaysia market for ancient, haha.. we still x wanna try it coz both of us are very fond towards Baskin Robbin ice cream,hehe.. Nevertheless, we did knew that they served frozen yogurt instead of ice cream & it is a franchise brought by Naza Group. Period. That's all we know bout it,hehe.
Anyway, turn out that the Tutti Frutti is a self service kiosk whereby u need to do everything by yourself. It is a DIY concept.
1) First, u need to decide the size of your cup. Choose green cup for smaller size or pinky cup if u wanna bigger size.
This is the DIY yogurt station at Tutti Frutti. 2) Then, bring it to the yogurt station, choose ur fav's flavour & dispense the flavour u wanted. U can mix up as much flavour as u want. Noted, that x be too excited to press all the button as the price is accordingly to the weight.
I managed to google on the 4 easy steps when you are ordering Tutti Frutti. Pic credited http://yantipadli.blogspot.com/2011/06/yo-froyo-at-tutti-frutti.html
3) After dispensed e frozen yogurt, then u can pick ur fav's toppings such as nata de coco, cereals, marshmallow, chocolate rice, Strawberry/Choc Hershey's syrup (this is what I can recap) & etc.
4) After that, the staff will weight ur cup on the machine & u need to pay it accordingly. If I am not mistaken, 100gram = RM5.30.
For us, in terms of yogurt, we chose Watermelon & Death by chocolate flavours & for toppings, we chose marshmallows, raisins & rice crisp cereal. Taste-wise: 3.5/5. Nothing to shout out actually + we prefer Baskin Robbin more. Nevertheless, as a choc lover, I do love the choc flavour here. For the watermelon, unless u are a fan of sourish flavour, u might opt this flavour, if not, it is x recommended.
Total price RM 12.70. Worth it or not, u decide it urself, hehe.. However, it was such an experience for us, the first timer here at Tutti Frutti.
For more info on Tutti Frutti, u can click here. For the Empire kiosk (nearby the children's apparel area & Popular Bookstore), this is their address
