Kuetiaw Hailam - my own version

My first attempt kuetiaw hailam.. credit to my beloved mom for her recipe.. nevertheless..the taste cannot beat my mom lor..haha...

OMG.... can see the brocoli stem from far..haha..my creativity & skills is beyond any Chef expectations..erk...mom..need to learn from u more la..hehe..
